1. ELprimo:
after the season 7 updates things have been changed, some heavyweights got the ability to charge their super while taking damage, and due to this brawlers like el primo, frank, and bull are in meta, in fact, they are overpowered in the power league matches, most of the heavyweights can break walls which makes them even more overpowered and el primo is one of them,

Sadly rosa can't charge super while getting damage, but her star power and gadgets are so strong that, you even don't need anything for her, and most of the power league maps are filled with lots of bushes and walls, like double swoosh, canal grande, ice fort, these all are the maps where she can be perfect brawler to play. she is the best brawler in brawl stars in the short-range category.
5..Amber:
so now after seeing the above list you may think of their counter, so here is the counter of all the above-mentioned brawler, amber can counter rosa very easily, burning all the bushes in the maps this will make rosa overpowered to underpowered rosa, the sea trick can also work will el primo but be careful he can jump on you,

6.colt:

7.bo:
after huge nerf in his gadget super totem, players thoughted that he won't be a good brawler anymore, I think he is a-ok brawler right now, yes his totem got nerfed, but it is ok, he can still stun the enemy with his star power and instantly break the walls or obstacles with his gadget, which makes him really playable brawler in-game modes like brawl ball, hot zone, and gem grab.
8.tara:
tara is a really good brawler in power league maps, and after the introduction of the new gadget she is not even more powerful than any other brawler, also her star power healing shades are a really amazing star power to select. also, her piercing attack really helps her in taking the whole team out of the game.
9.Lou:
the only reason why I am putting lou on this list is his super, he can stop the siege bots at one place in the siege, and in a hot zone, he can force the enemy to stay out of the hot zone. and also this season his second gadget will also be released which will make him even better to play.
10.Emz:
EMZ was always an overpowered brawler in the game, she can deal a lot of damage to the enemy very easily, also her star power lets you deal more damage to the brawlers, her both star powers are good, she was made to deal high damage to the brawler and she does that in a very amazing way. she is the best brawler in brawl stars to counter mid range brawlers
